All items are shipped from our warehouse in California via UPS. Customers have a choice of which UPS services selection at check out. All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours (NOTE: UPS Ground transit times may vary depending on your location and may take anywhere from 4-10 days for delivery). UPS confirmation number will email to you upon shipping. If you have not received your item after 14 days please contact us so we can follow up. Shipping insurance is optional at check out but recommended. We can not responsible for any lost or damage cause by the carriers.
It is the customers‘ responsibility to provide a deliverable shipping address. Sorry we do not ship to P.O. Box, military address, and any UPS undeliverable address. Merchandise return to us by carrier due to non deliverable address will not be shipped again untill we receive correction from you and re-shipping payment.
We currently ship only to the United States. Any order with a shipping address outside the United States will not be processed nor shipped.
Return Policy:
We at dewholesales.com stand behind our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We work hard to provide you with the highest quality shopping experience. If however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from dewholesales.com, you may return it within 7 days from the time you received. Returns must be sent freight paid. The goods must be in the original packaging and be in re-saleable condition. Upon receipt you will be refunded or credited the full purchase price, not including any applicable shipping and handling charges.
